Our Board and Active Committees

The Board consists of the elected officers plus all Trustees.  There are five elected positions required by the Charter.  Trustee numbers can change over the course of the year and are also listed below.

David Wilby
Dave is the newly elected President and is working on recruitment.  He has been active in the civic for years and is committed to the community.

Russel Lieberman
In addition to ably managing our funds, Russel is also active in the Zoning Committee.
Stephanie Carney
Drew Bantly

Past President

Drew succeeded Christine Schwarz.  Drew has been an active participant of the civic for the past several years and is extremely knowledgeable in the ways of the city.

Andrew Payne
Our former secretary spent part of 2009 on sabbatical in Germany, making it difficult for him to capture the minutes of our monthly meetings.  But we elected him to the board anyways because it's not that easy to escape!
Kim Ferrari Trustee/Webmaster
Kim works with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the Deptarment of Parks and Recreation on park clean-ups and events.  She also updates the website and Twitter account @ewnca.

We have several committees in various states of activity.  Participation in any or all of these are welcome and encouraged!
