Membership Information

WNCA Bylaws stipulate the procedure for membership application.

Please follow these steps when applying for WNCA membership:

  • Provide all required information on the membership application form (Individual or Business)
  • Sign your application
  • Submit your application in person at a WNCA General Membership or Special meeting
  • Provide proof of your identity and proof that you reside at the address on your application (valid Driver License or current utility bill)
  • Pay your annual membership dues either by personal check or by cash, delivered in person or by someone from your household
  • If an applicant resides outside the Association’s territory, a majority of the members present at a WNCA meeting must approve the application

WNCA accepts new membership applications only in person, not by mail.  Renewal memberships may be mailed.  The annual membership period begins September 1, and ends August 31 of the following year.  Individual memberships cover only one person per application.  Dues are also on a per-application basis.  WNCA does not prorate membership dues. Therefore, your membership dues will be the same no matter at what point in the year you join or renew your membership.

  • Annual membership dues for Individual Members are $10.00.
  • Annual membership dues for Senior Citizens are $5.00.
  • Annual membership dues for Business Members are $35.00.
  • Annual membership dues for Associate Members (under 18 years of age, non-voting) are $5.00.
